This weekend I went to my first OSU football game, crazy, yes I know.
I have always lived in Grove City, Ohio which is about 20 minutes South of Columbu, Ohio. So, my family and I have always been huge fans of OSU anything, but especially football. My family has always gone to tailgates that my cousin would put together or just go to someones house to celebrate the game.
This year, I actually went to the game and it was electric. First game of the season and we play Notre Dame. It was a night game and the stadium was packed with not one seat open. It was so cool to experience the life of and OSU night game and the atmosphere that came with it. People are going absolutely crazy when we scored a touch down and you make friends with whoever is around you.
So many famous people come to the games, I actually was 2 feet away from Lebron James, which was insane! My brother did not shut up about it for the whole game.
It's crazy to think that no matter how famous or what team you are cheering for, that there is a time that everyone knows and a place that everyone can go to relax and have fun watching the same football game. You can bond and meet knew people just by talking about a play that happened in the game or how amazing CJ Stroud is.I had so much fun hanging out with my family and having a bonding experience since we are all order now. It's fun to have experiences and to make new ones for the first time, like I did this weekend.
Always go Bucks!
Until next time,
Lauren
Hi, Lauren, that sounds like so much fun! A bunch of my friends attend OSU, so I've been to a few tailgates, but I've never been to an actual game! I definitely need to; it's on my bucket list. So happy you had a fantastic time!!!
